PRESIDENT & CEO
Eric is a multi-talented executive with more than 20 years of professional experience, primarily related to the successful capture of federal contracts. He has expertise across every aspect of business development, proposal development, and strategic growth. He has led proposal teams for many of the largest and highest profile federal procurements, winning many prime contract vehicles including GWACs, IDIQs, single-award contracts, and Task Orders.
Carly has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of business operations and management. She has overseen the operations of organizations including Federal contractors, non-profit organizations, and consulting firms. She specializes in small businesses and start-ups, and she also brings expertise in helping companies with their GSA Schedules and corporate certifications.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Blake brings 20 years of federal contracting experience to the ENcompass team. He began his career as a Schedule C appointee of the President of the United States at the U.S. Department of State, and has since served in various consulting and business development roles. Before joining ENcompass, Blake was the Chief Growth Officer for a successful startup and a Vice President of Capture and Proposals for a large federal contractor. He is knowledgeable in all facets of federal business development to include strategy, capture, contracts, and full life-cycle proposal development.
